From fastener manufacturing to retail-ready hardware
T.K. Excellent brings screw manufacturing, metal stamping, injection moulding and packaging together for importers, distributors and hardware retailers. We work with buyers on fastener specifications, DIY assortments and packaging for their markets.
Our business began in Wenzhou in 1997. Zhejiang Excellent Industries Co., Ltd. was established in 2007, and operations moved to Haiyan, Jiaxing, in June 2010. Today, our manufacturing network includes China and Vietnam, with a Russia office supporting our international presence.

Manufacturing in China and Vietnam
Our Haiyan operation brings together the four core workshop types: screws, stamping, injection moulding and packaging. Tinsing Vietnam was established in December 2023 and held its opening ceremony in July 2024, extending our manufacturing presence in Southeast Asia.

Loading facilities support outbound container handling and dispatch.
Capacity basis: Equipment and nominal capacities are from our June 2026 facilities presentation. Output depends on product mix, specifications and production schedules. Heading and threading are successive operations, so their capacities are not added together. Packing, storage and loading figures describe separate functions, not confirmed shipment volumes. Company overview figures reflect the September 2026 profile.
Quality starts with a clear specification
Our laboratory includes tensile, hardness, torque and salt-spray testing equipment. Share the drawing or standard, material grade, finish, application and required tests so the relevant checks can be agreed for your product.

For Simon, our founder and chairman, a small fastener became the focus of a lifelong business. History

1997
On July 1, 1997, Wenzhou Excellent Hardware Fasteners Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 500,000 yuan, a plant area of about 300 square meters, and a staff of 13-30 people;

2001
Wenzhou Excellent Hardware Equipment Packaging Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 2001 with a registered capital of 10 million yuan, a plant area of about 5,000 square meters, and a staff of 40-120 people;

2003
In 2003, the company moved to a new factory with a site area of 22.5 mu (approximately 15,000 square metres), around 7,500 square metres of factory floor space, and 70–130 employees.

2005
In 2005, the IS09001 quality management system was fully introduced and passed the ISO9001 system audit of Rheinland;

2007
In January 2007, Zhejiang Excellent Industrial Co., Ltd. was registered and established, bought land in Haiyan, and began to build a factory;

2009
On January 5, 2009, Haiyan Tianxin Trading Co., Ltd. was established;

2010
In June 2010, the company began to relocate to Haiyan, Jiaxing and put it into operation;

2011
In 2011, the second phase of the expansion of the plant was completed, and the screw workshop was put into production;

2013
On January 25, 2013, the Trade Union Committee of Zhejiang Excellent Industrial Co., Ltd. was officially established;

2016
In November 2016, the E-commerce Department was officially established;

2019
On July 1, 2019, the Excellent Industrial Party Branch of the Communist Party of China was established;

2020
In June 2020, Zhejiang Tianqu Cross-border e-commerce Co., Ltd. was established;

Won the top 100 Haiyan enterprises for 6 consecutive years from 2016 to 2022;
2022 provincial-level domestic and foreign trade integration “leader” pilot demonstration, municipal technology center;
