Consistent manufacturing depends on everyday routines as well as equipment. Two T.K. Excellent company reports from 2025 show how that work was being addressed through workplace reviews and management systems training.

Weekly 6S reviews, with a monthly follow-up

Our June 2025 6S report, published on July 11, described weekly inspections across departments and workshops. The reviews covered sorting, workplace organisation, cleaning, standardisation, discipline and safety. Monthly assessments brought the inspection results together and identified where improvements were needed.

The report recognised several departments and workshop areas, including the screw workshop's cold-heading area, incoming inspection area and tooling workshop. Teams with weaker results were asked to examine the reasons and prepare improvements.

This provides a concrete example of the company's approach to workplace management. It does not, by itself, measure product defect rates or on-time delivery performance.

Training on three management systems

A separate company report dated August 22, 2025 documented training on ISO 9001 quality management, ISO 14001 environmental management and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management.

An external trainer worked with department managers and staff responsible for the systems. The sessions combined case discussions, interaction and practical guidance to connect the standards with day-to-day work.

Participation in training is different from certification. Buyers evaluating a supplier should request the current certificate and its scope for the relevant legal entity and facility, together with any product-specific documents required for their order.

A useful sourcing brief goes beyond asking whether a factory has a quality system. Share the product drawing, material and finish requirements, acceptance criteria, testing needs and packaging specification. These details help both sides agree on what must be checked.
